Job Description

Privately owned Urgent Care in Virginia Beach, VA , a “Best of the Beach Winner" is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Must be able to work weekends. Previous experience in urgent care is a plus. NP will be treating acute, chronic and long-term healthcare issues among a team of providers as well as treating patients autonomously. Responsibilities: Perform suturing and other medical procedures, assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations, provide counsel and medical treatment to patients, educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance. VA License (REQUIRED), ability to build rapport with patients, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills
