ENT Specialists of Austin / Austin Auditory Specialists is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our growing practice. ENT Specialists of Austin is a well-established, expanding practice comprised of four physicians and four audiologists, serving a robust patient population across two clinic locations in Austin and Cedar Park. Austin Auditory Specialists represents the hearing aid division of the practice. Hearing aid referrals are generated both internally through ENT Specialists of Austin and from outside referral sources. Work Activities * ENT Audiology Services (approximately 50%) Dedicated clinical time supporting our ENT practice, providing comprehensive audiological services including diagnostic testing (audiometry, immittance, OAEs) for both pediatric and adult patient populations. * Hearing Aid Services (approximately 50%) Dedicated time within our hearing aid practice, delivering care in accordance with Best Practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Emphasis is placed on patient follow-up, education, and ongoing support, which are essential to long-term success. * Team Collaboration Participation in weekly audiology meetings and regular team-building activities to promote collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities * Perform and interpret a full range of audiological assessments, including: * Comprehensive diagnostic audiometry * Immittance testing * Otoacoustic emissions (OAE) * Conditioned play audiometry * Behavioral observation audiometry * Visual reinforcement audiometry * Otoscopy * Conduct hearing instrument evaluations, fittings (across multiple manufacturers), earmold impressions, and real-ear measurements * Clearly interpret test results and provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers * Consistently apply evidence-based Best Practices in all aspects of care. * Maintain accurate, organized, and timely clinical documentation Position Qualifications * Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism * Thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment * Demonstrates a growth mindset and commitment to continued learning * Doctorate or Masters degree in Audiology * Current Texas Audiology license (or eligibility) Position Details * Job Type: Full-time * Work Location: In person * Compensation: Salary plus commission Benefits * 401(k) * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Health savings account (HSA) * Life insurance * Short Team Disability * Paid time off (PTO) * Standard holidays paid * Flexible scheduling Must meet education and licensing requirements for Audiologists in the State of Texas.
