About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Site Operations for Primary Care Concierge Medicine. The successful candidate will be a hands-on operations leader with a proven track record in managing teams across multiple geographically distributed primary care clinics. This role is pivotal in ensuring the day-to-day execution of clinical workflows, maintaining operational standards, and driving continuous improvement to support the organization's growth and innovation. The VP will be responsible for multi-site consistency and quality, championing the member experience, and leading a team of Operations Managers and Regional Nurse Managers. Executive partnership is also a key aspect of the role, requiring collaboration with the CEO and other executive leaders to align operational priorities and represent site operations in strategic planning. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus) and at least 10 years of healthcare clinical operations management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in managing geographically-dispersed, multi-site operations. Experience in driving standardization and change management in physician-driven organizations is essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer experience, excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a comfort with technology and its role in healthcare. Executive leadership and the ability to build trusting relationships with physicians and foster collaboration with other executives are also required. The role demands a candidate who is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and is willing and able to travel frequently to the company's various sites.
