Job Description
Bilingual Warehouse Machine Operator -
12 hour shifts 6pm-6am
Lots of OT Weekly
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our team. This position involves operating machinery to rewind large rolls of printed material into smaller finished rolls while ensuring product quality and proper equipment maintenance.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, bilingual (Spanish/English), and able to work long shifts in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
· Operate and monitor rewinding machines for paper or plastic products
· Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications
· Ensure product quality and production efficiency
· Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance
· Inspect finished products for quality
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Requirements
· Previous machine operator or warehouse experience (preferred)
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to stand and work up to 12-hour shifts
· Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
· Reliable, punctual, and motivated
Schedule:
· Monday – Friday
· Training (1 week): Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
· After Training: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
During training, you will be required to work the day shift for one week before transitioning to the night shift.
Pay:
· $14 per hour
· Overtime paid at $21 per hour after 40 hours (guaranteed overtime)
