✍ Short Description:
This role focuses on resolving technical issues, fixing bugs, and ensuring the quality and reliability of a software platform used by financial professionals. The position involves working across both backend and frontend systems to investigate problems, implement fixes, and validate new feature releases. It also includes proactive monitoring to detect issues early and supporting customer onboarding and implementations. The role collaborates closely with engineering and support teams to improve system stability and prevent recurring issues.
Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)
Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)
