What this job involves:As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will hold a critical position within our Mid-West Regional Team and will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects for a financial services client while utilizing your expertise and skills to oversee projects and ensure the successful delivery of Corporate Interior projects ranging in size from $5M to $50M+. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management will be instrumental in driving project success through managing and overseeing all aspects of projects including strategy, programming, design, schedule, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution, and close out. You'll act as the primary contact with the client throughout the duration of the project from programming through construction close out while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure key milestones are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
