Your New Role

Located in the Greater Rochester Region, New York, you’ll:

• Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation
• Manage full-service calls from start to finish, including diagnosing problems, presenting solutions, completing repairs, and collecting payment
• Install and repair pipes, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and residential plumbing systems
• Clear drain blockages and troubleshoot plumbing issues
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain repair options and pricing
• Deliver professional and courteous service during every visit
• Document work orders and invoices using iPad-based field software
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment and represent the company positively

Applicants residing in Livingston, Ontario, Genesee, Orleans, or Wayne County are encouraged to apply. This is open to candidates with plumbing-related experience in sewer and drain services, including drain cleaning or sewer repair backgrounds.

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience, 5 years preferred
• Ability to independently manage residential service calls from start to finish
• Comfortable collecting payment at the time of service
• Experience using iPad based field service software systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills and professional customer interaction
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in crawl spaces, on ladders, and in varying temperatures
• Ability to work overtime when needed
