Escrow Officer
Job SummaryPrepares buyers for real estate transactions and processes the legal paperwork necessary to close.
General Responsibilities

• Facilitates the hold and transfer of funds for buyers, sellers and lenders.
• Acts as an intermediary between all parties involved in the transaction.
• Reviews real estate contracts and deeds.
• Helps clear title
