Cory Bahr Restaurant Group, led by 2026 James Beard Award semifinalist Chef Cory Bahr, is seeking a Head Sushi Chef to lead the sushi program at Kōkō, a Japanese / Louisiana restaurant opening in Monroe, Louisiana.
