Aldersgate Village has an opening for a full-time weekend LPN that wants to work in a great atmosphere. Position is a weekend incentive position working weekend doubles from 2:45pm to 7:15am. We provide weekly paychecks, competitive wages, and superior benefits. *Job Duties* * Provides direct supervision of resident care staff in licensed assisted living and home plus areas. * Observe residents health status, takes action and addresses any concerns within scope of practice. * Communicate with physicians and families to report any changes in residents condition or any new orders. * Share on call duties as required. *Job Requirements* * Current license to practice as an LPN in the State of Kansas. * Ability to make decisions within the scope of professional nursing and within the framework of established policies and procedures. * Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of persons, such as families, staff and health care providers.
