Under supervision, you will perform a range of functions,\ncovering multiple pharmacy locations, units or other settings. Your duties\ninclude the preparation and dispensing of drugs in all inpatient settings;\nreview and verification of medication orders and patient medical records;\noptimizing safe medication therapy; review of patient medication profiles;\ncounseling patients on appropriate drug use; interacting and/or rounding with\nother health professionals to help provide safe and effective use of medications;\nprovision of advanced clinical services (e.g., pharmacokinetic dosing,\ntherapeutic interchange, IV/PO conversions, TPN and aminoglycoside monitoring,\npharmacist interventions, anticoagulation) to neonatal, pediatric and adult patients according to\ndepartmental policy and procedures, with possible focus on pharmacy specialty\n(i.e., oncology, pediatrics, geriatrics, ambulatory care); oversee dispensing,\nreturn and waste of controlled substances on assigned\nshift/unit. Initiate, innovate and complete clinical, operational and/or\nmanagement projects, in collaboration with Pharmacy Management. You will work\nin assigned centralized and decentralized Pharmacy areas and patient care\nunits.

Schedule: overnight\nshifts - 7 days on, 7 days off (includes weekends and holidays)
\n\nHourly\nSalary Range: $90.64 - $112.68 (Union represented, step based salary\ndepending on years of experience)
\n\nBargaining\nUnit: HX-UPTE
