Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Kaleidoscope Rx Vancouver, WA In-Person Exempt Full Time - 4 days per week

Kaleidoscope Rx is a neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQIA+-affirming outpatient psychiatric medication management clinic in Vancouver, WA. Founded by a PMHNP and an RN, we prioritize unconditional patient dignity and clinician support.
As a queer, neurodivergent-owned practice, our team's lived experience with ADHD and autism shapes our clinical approach. We believe in providing thoughtful, comprehensive care; our tagline, "Clear perspective is good medicine," reflects our commitment to our patients.
We serve patients ages 4 and up across Washington and Oregon-including adults, adolescents, and children-via in-person and telemedicine visits, focusing on complex, longitudinal care that values clinical skill and patient autonomy.

We are seeking a PMHNP dedicated to intentional, collaborative practice. You approach complex cases with curiosity and view medication management as a partnership with the patient, their families, and their broader care teams.
Our practice is rooted in neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+-affirming care, which we uphold as core values in every interaction. We prioritize thoughtful, whole-patient care and active coordination with outside treatment teams.
We serve patients starting at age 4 and require a commitment to delivering high-quality pediatric and adolescent care. We offer mentorship and support for clinicians dedicated to growing their skills in pediatric psychopharmacology.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: $140,000 - $187,000 annually (equivalent to $75 - $100 per hour), commensurate with experience and career level.
