Full-Time | In-Office with Some Flexibility Job Summary Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hodrick Realty is seeking an Agent Training & Technology Specialist to support new agent onboarding, company systems training, and internal operations across our growing multi-office brokerage. This is a support-focused role (not sales or coaching) designed to help agents succeed through strong processes, clear systems, and technology support. Responsibilities * Train and onboard new real estate agents * Teach agents how to use company tools, CRM, forms, and technology platforms * Provide ongoing support for internal systems and workflows * Manage relocation clients, broker-to-broker referrals, and lead routing * Serve as a primary support resource for agent technology and operations questions * Coordinate with leadership, office management, and marketing Qualifications * Real estate operations, training, transaction coordination, or brokerage experience preferred * Comfortable learning and teaching technology systems * Strong organization and attention to detail * Patient, professional, and service-oriented * Excellent communication skills *Real estate experience preferred. xawqmyg License helpful but not required.* Compensation & Benefits * $40,000+ annually (based on experience) * Full-time, stable position with growth opportunity * Supportive team environment Why Join Us * Established and growing brokerage with strong leadership * Meaningful role supporting agent success * Structured, professional workplace culture Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Work Location: Hybrid remote in Williamsport, PA 17701
