Summary
We are seeking a Concrete Laborer to join our team in the construction field. This role is essential to our mission of delivering high-quality construction services while fostering a collaborative and enjoyable workplace. The position is based in the United States.
Responsibilities
Assist in pouring and finishing concrete for various projects
Prepare and clean work sites before and after concrete placement
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Operate basic construction equipment as needed
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Monitor and adjust daily tasks based on the production schedule
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Read, interpret, and ensure adherence to blueprints, elevations, plans, and specifications
Assist with layout and ensure proper placement and alignment of forms, footings, and structures
Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, including advanced knowledge of concrete paving, tools, formwork systems, and equipment
Proven experience in construction site work, particularly with concrete
Strong blueprint reading skills
Knowledge of quality control processes in construction
Familiarity with OSHA regulations
Ability to work well within a team environment
Basic understanding of project scheduling and estimating is preferred
Strong work ethic and positive attitude towards work
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as required
