Role Overview

We’re hiring multiple Geospatial Analysts to join our team, working directly with U.S. Government customers to conduct geospatial analysis of objects, networks, and persons using geospatial tools, methods, spatial‑temporal data, imagery, social, and physical sciences. Analysts support an Object‑Based Intelligence (OBI) program focused on predictive analytics and structured intelligence integration across the defense intelligence enterprise. In this role you will apply advanced geospatial techniques to analyze spatial and temporal dimensions of objects and networks, fuse imagery, terrain, movement, and environmental data to uncover patterns, forecast activity, and contribute to early warning of strategic and operational developments.

Responsibilities
  • Exploit imagery, vector, and other data types, including non‑geospatially correlated data, to locate, identify, and map objects in the spatial domain.
  • Provide analysis on terrain mapping, route planning, and maritime geospatial activity.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for geospatial expertise, ensuring trade‑craft compliance and analytic standards as they relate to geospatial analysis.
  • Offer advice on emerging geospatial methods, tools, algorithms, training, or requirements.
  • Employ new and improved methods or data sets to address information gaps and identify areas of information to help resolve complex analytical problems and ensure solutions are rigorous and logical.
  • Effectively manage data volume, variety, and trustworthiness to reach analytic conclusions.
  • Develop or discover algorithms and solutions to analyze, process, or visualize data.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and hold an active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly.
  • At least 12 years of experience and an advanced degree.
  • Significant experience with ArcGIS and/or QGIS software.
  • Experience in cartography and creating map products for DoD or IC customers.
  • Experience collaborating across the DoD, IC, CCMDs, foreign partners, academia, and industry.
  • Experience integrating geospatial data, techniques, and tools into analytic workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
  • GEOINT Professional Certification – Geospatial Analysis (GA‑II).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Python, including Jupyter Notebooks or ArcGIS notebooks.
  • Familiarity with technical intelligence data or similar high‑volume datasets.
Pay Transparency
  • The pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $118,000.00 – $196,000.00 annually.
