Fete, a seasonal New American neighborhood restaurant in the heart of Chinatown, is hiring fulltime daytime and evening busser/food runner. We are the 2022 James Beard winner for Best Chef Northwest & Pacific. If you have a passion for food and hospitality, please drop us a line.
Who you are: An integral member of the restaurant’s service team who excels at hospitality and quick decision making, and thrives in a busy workplace.
What you’ll do: Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests. Bussers/Food runners must have in-depth knowledge of our food menus. The person in this role should enjoy a busy pace, maintaining a sense of urgency while ensuring proper steps of restaurant service, and keeping their workspace organized. Communicates effectively with staff members, management, and the kitchen during service.
What we need from you: 1 year previous bussing/food running experience is preffered. Willing and eager to learn more about food, wine, and hospitality.
