Location: San Antonio, TXCompensation:

• Bill Rate: $62.00/hour
• Mileage: Reimbursed at current IRS rate (calculated between patient visits)

Schedule & Terms:

• 8-hour shifts
• Per Diem/PRN only (no guaranteed work week)
• Building a per diem pool for continuous care coverage

Job Details:

• 1 2 day in-office orientation (San Antonio office)
• Field work: driving to patients homes to complete hospice visits in assigned territory
• Position is stat need for continuous care coverage in the Beaumont, TX area

Requirements:

• Must have Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health and/or Hospice experience within the last 3 years
• Active RN license in Texas
• Reliable transportation
