Job Title: Sales Representative – Toxicology Laboratory

Location: West Palm Beach

Job Type: Full-Time

Express Tox is a high-quality clinical laboratory specializing in toxicology services for

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment and behavioral health, as well as pharmacogenetic

testing. Our mission is to provide accurate, timely (24 hour), and clinically actionable results that

support better patient outcomes and provider decision-making. We are an out of network

laboratory.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Sales Representative to expand our presence

within the healthcare community. The ideal candidate has existing relationships in SUD

treatment centers, behavioral health practices, or related healthcare networks and understands the

value of laboratory services in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, treatment centers, and

referral sources

 Promote laboratory services including toxicology testing and pharmacogenetics

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities

 Educate clients on testing capabilities, turnaround times, and clinical benefits of our

testing model.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and onboarding

 Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

 Minimum 1 year of sales experience in healthcare, laboratory services, or a related field,

selling out of network lab services

 Established relationships within the local healthcare community (SUD, behavioral health

preferred)

 Strong communication and relationship-building skills

 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

 Knowledge of toxicology or pharmacogenetics is a plus
