Boeing Commercial Airplanes seeks a First Line Tooling and Tow Team Manager to lead our 787 Tooling & Tow Team in North Charleston, South Carolina. This position is for weekend shifts working three 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

This role requires cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders across the Boeing South Carolina site. The team leads critical airplane movements as well as tool fabrication.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines supporting airplane movement within flightline operations
• Develop and execute business plans, policies and procedures and develop organizational strategies
• Maintain strong customer partnerships while developing relationship building skills for teams
