Job Description:

As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tow truck to perform various services, including vehicle towing, tire changes, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, winch outs, accident recovery, and jump starts. You will also play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, both over the phone and in person, ensuring that our customers receive timely and professional assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a tow truck to perform towing and roadside assistance duties.
• Perform tire changes, fuel delivery, lockout services, winch outs, jump starts, and accident recovery.
• Maintain all equipment and tow truck in clean, safe, and working condition.
• Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to management promptly.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner, both over the phone and in person.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and team members to ensure timely responses and efficient service.
• Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while on duty.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of all services rendered.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Tow truck driving experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and handle equipment.
