Job Description
Our Utility/Prep team members play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs efficiently. In this role, you will support many areas by ensuring our kitchen has clean dishes, prepped ingredients, and all the supplies needed to make great tasting prepared foods available for customers. If you’re a team player looking for an opportunity to work behind the scenes and contribute to the bigger picture, this could be the position for you!
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Related experience in a food service, hotel, or restaurant setting is a plus
• Dish Washing experience
• Prep Cook experience
• Janitorial experience
Work Environment
Work involves continuous interaction with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced environment. Typical motions include repetitive hand and arm movement, pivoting and truck twisting. You will be responsible for moving and lifting an average of 1-25 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 50 pounds occasionally, with help.
