Job DescriptionNCW is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator to join our Phoenix office. This full-time, on-site role supports commercial MEP projects and works closely with the Chief Estimator and VP of Estimating to deliver accurate, competitive bids.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed mechanical estimates and take-offs, reviewing plans, specs, and schedules, coordinating bid priorities, supporting junior estimators, attending pre-construction meetings, identifying value-engineering opportunities, and assisting with project budgets, turnovers, and change orders. FastEst experience is a strong plus.Company Description
