We are a well-established cosmetic and general dentistry practice seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team in our practice in Columbus, GA. The practice operates primarily on a fee-for-service model and has earned over 700 five-star Google reviews, reflecting its strong reputation for high-quality, ethical patient care. The incoming associate will step into a full schedule from day one, as the practice is currently booked months in advance and supported by a strong, well-executed marketing program that consistently attracts new patients. You'll also be supported by a highly experienced and dedicated clinical and administrative team, enabling you to stay focused on delivering excellent patient care. Our office is equipped with modern, cutting-edge technology that supports efficient workflows and high-quality clinical outcomes, allowing you to practice at a high level across a wide range of procedures. This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who values clinical autonomy and enjoys practicing comprehensive dentistry, with an emphasis on treatment quality and long-term patient relationships rather than volume-driven production. The position includes a guaranteed first-year salary, with significant earning potential and long-term stability in a thriving, growth-oriented practice. First-year guaranteed salary of $225,000 or the greater of 30% of adjusted production. You will be awarded on whichever is greater.
