Pay Rate: $37.83/hour
Schedule: As required to meet business needs (overtime may be required)

JOB OVERVIEW

The Lab Technician supports the manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial products. This role is responsible for laboratory maintenance, preparation of materials for production batches, and ensuring all activities meet established specifications and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and maintain laboratory supplies and glassware
• Build panels and dispense bottles for production use
• Operate laboratory equipment including glass washers, dryers, and autoclaves
• Create and maintain label files using established templates
• Assist with the removal and proper disposal of chemical waste
• Prepare solutions, powders, and liquids to meet batch specifications
• Support onboarding and training for new hires or new laboratory procedures
• Follow established procedures in compliance with GMP guidelines
• Maintain laboratory housekeeping and safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma with technical certification in laboratory operations and 1 year of laboratory experience, or
• Associate’s Degree in a scientific discipline with 1 year of laboratory experience, or
• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline

Required Skills

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in English with the ability to read, write, and interpret charts, diagrams, and basic calculations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Laboratory setting supporting clinical and commercial manufacturing
• Overtime may be required based on operational needs
