Job Description

About the Opportunity

Gameday Men’s Health Anchorage is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) looking for a stable salaried role with clinical autonomy, predictable weekday hours, and the opportunity to practice relationship-based medicine.

We are a locally owned, family-run men’s health clinic delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a professional outpatient setting. Our services include testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction treatment, medical weight management, and peptide-based therapies for a motivated and engaged patient population.

This position is open to licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with prescriptive authority and DEA registration seeking a long-term clinical role.

About the Role

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team as a long-term salaried provider. This role is ideal for a clinician who values clear protocols, collaborative practice, and the ability to focus on quality care rather than volume.

You’ll have the autonomy to practice medicine thoughtfully, supported by established workflows, experienced nursing staff, and physician oversight.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
  • Evaluate and manage patients with hypogonadism, erectile dysfunction, and weight-related concerns
  • Prescribe and manage testosterone therapy and other treatments within scope and supervision
  • Interpret laboratory results and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clear, thorough patient education and counseling
  • Perform or oversee injections and in-clinic procedures as appropriate
  • Manage ongoing hormone optimization therapy programs
  • Evaluate patients using evidence-based outpatient clinical protocols
  • Collaborate closely with nursing and administrative staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards

What You’ll Bring

  • Active Alaska NP or PA license in good standing
  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
  • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (primary care, urology, endocrinology, or related fields)
  • Strong clinical judgment and comfort working within established protocols
  • Experience with outpatient EMR/EHR documentation
  • Comfort prescribing controlled substances within regulatory guidelines
  • Professional, respectful communication style
  • Team-oriented mindset with a high level of accountability

Compensation & Schedule

  • Salary: $155,000 - $185,000 per year (based on experience and fit)
  • Full-time position
  • No nights
  • No weekends
  • No call
  • Paid holidays and PTO
  • Professional development support

Why Work at Gameday Men’s Health Anchorage

Our providers enjoy:

  • Predictable weekday schedules
  • Meaningful autonomy within structured clinical protocols
  • Time to focus on patient care rather than production pressure
