Job Title: Senior Automation Engineer

The primary role involves designing and implementing automated laboratory solutions to meet existing or new assay workflow requirements. This includes iteratively developing, testing, and refining automated liquid handler methods in a high-throughput environment.

• Create robust automation software integrations with external systems (LIMS, hardware, etc.) ensuring seamless data exchange;
• Develop scalable automation platforms that enable users to deliver timely and accurate results within a regulated framework;
• Mentor junior engineers on complex tasks such as hazard analysis;
• Support the design transfer of automation solutions across multiple sites while maintaining product integrity and meeting clinical laboratory workflows.

To succeed in this position you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Biological Sciences with relevant experience;
• A minimum of 5+ years' experience working on product development projects.
