We partner with schools and communities to meet clients where they are and remove barriers to care.As we expand our services, we are excited to introduce *occupational therapy* to better support sensory, developmental, and functional needsespecially for children impacted by trauma.*Position Overview*We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative *Occupational Therapist (OT)* to join our team as our *first OT provider*. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and build an OT program within a thriving mental health practice.The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and families, understands the intersection of *trauma, sensory processing, and emotional regulation*, and is excited to collaborate with therapists, schools, and caregivers.*Qualifications** Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program* Licensed or eligible for licensure as an OT in the state of Indiana* Experience working with pediatric populations preferred* Experience or interest in:* Trauma-informed care* Sensory integration* School-based services* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills* Ability to work independently while helping build a new programPay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Vision insuranceWork Location: In personby Jobble
