Customer Success Specialist
Our client is seeking a skilled and customer-obsessed Customer Success Specialist to join our team As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers get the most value out of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional support
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful implementation
- Identify opportunities for growth and upsell/cross-sell
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
