About the Opportunity:
Job Title: Quality Inspector
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Location: Delano, MN
Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2PM-10:30PM
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Requirements and Qualifications:
Ability to work in a regulated medical device environment (FDA and ITAR).
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Basic documentation and traceability discipline.
Willingness to work shifts and follow safety/PPE requirements.
Experience with silicone or plastic materials is a plus.
Work in cleanroom environments.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications. Inspections include visual, dimensional, functional, and physical testing on product from all departments.
Performs all duties per appropriate work instructions.
Verifies packaging and documents for shipping parts.
Ensures work area is clean and safe.
Assists with filing or scanning for QA Dept.
Able to accurately scan processing records to computer files for archiving.
Works with tools like micrometer, calipers, and computer programs.
