*The Vineyards Healthcare Center* is a skilled nursing facility located at 76 Fenton Street, Livermore, California. It offers 24-hour Medicare-certified care in an 83-bed facility near downtown Livermore. It has received high-performing ratings in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care from the U.S. News & World Report. The center is committed to providing individualized, holistic care through warm and meaningful interactions, aiming to help residents achieve their best outcomes and ensure their comfort is a top priority. Location: 76 Fenton Street, Livermore 94550 The *Occupational Therapy Assistant *will help Occupational Therapists provide therapeutic assessments and intervention, plan, implement, and administer educational, vocational, and recreational programs to restore and enhance performance in individuals with functional impairments. * Selects therapy activities to fit patients needs and capabilities.
