✍ Short Description:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Designer to elevate AI-generated creative concepts into high-performing, production-ready ads for U.S. and European audiences. This role is centered on paid social performance rather than traditional branding: the ideal candidate understands what makes an ad convert and can translate that understanding into polished static and short-form video creatives for Meta and TikTok, working primarily in Canva and CapCut.
Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)
Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)
