Accurately document all work performed, including parts and labor
Communicate repair needs and timelines clearly with Service Advisors and customers
Use diagnostic tools and equipment safely while maintaining a clean, compliant workspace
Stay current on Porsche systems, new technologies, and repair methods through ongoing training
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Technician:
2+ years of automotive technician experience required
Experience with Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or Volkswagen highly valued
Porsche Gold Master or Classic Certification is a major plus
Proficiency with PIWIS, PET2, Hunter alignment equipment preferred
Familiarity with CDK, myKaarma, or other DMS platforms a plus
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently with a detail- and results-driven mindset
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
