Wright & Greenhill, P.C is seeking a litigation associate for our office in Austin.
The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.
The ideal candidate should be energetic and self-motivated with 3 to 5 years of experience in general civil litigation. Duties include, and the associate will gain immediate experience with:
· Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and mediations
· Drafting pleadings and motions
· Sending and responding to paper and electronic discovery
· Reviewing documents and conducting legal research
· Reporting effectively, timely, and professionally to clients
· Active participation in all aspects of litigation management
We are a team-oriented firm as most of our cases require the involvement of multiple lawyers. We want our associates to develop the skills necessary to take on increased responsibility. To facilitate that development we provide mentorship, opportunities for trial work, a collaborative environment, and an open-door policy for partners.
