Job Description

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our client experience. You’ll guide, support, and inspire customers while offering solutions that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do
Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that customers can trust through phone, email, and chat
Provide personalized support and solutions that meet each customer's unique needs
Educate clients on products and services while identifying opportunities for upselling based on value
Troubleshoot issues with patience, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset
Follow up with leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
Collaborate with team members to improve service strategies and share client insights
