Commercial Superintendent - Ground Up & Reno
Location: Naples to Estero, Fl
Well-respected, innovative GC in Naples, FL led by a dynamic, mid-careered President with a collaborative management style offering a perfect blend of seasoned wisdom and forward-thinking vigor. Firm has "work hard, play hard" mentality, employee-centric, and always going out of their way for their clients. Offers an independent environment with structure, but no micromanagement.
Looking for driven Superintendents experienced in multi-story buildings (reno & ground-up) valued at $5Mil+ including foundations/piles.
Projects are primarily in Collier with some scattered in Lee County
Responsible for building a construction schedule and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Basic understanding of MEPs and able to work with subcontractors that are difficult to motivate. Must be self-starter, resourceful, creative problem solver, and clear communicator.
Salary: $100-$160K (based on experience) + $10-$20K Bonus
Benefits package (50% pd) + truck allowance + gas card + education reimbursement
