Summary
Must have Knowledge of Preventative maintenance on both truck and trailers, perform 90-day inspections and document all repairs and maintain all company vehicles with oil change, tune ups and brakes ect.
Must have knowledge of DOT requirements for trucks and trailers
Be able to repair and understand the following, but not limited to: Use of truck and trailers air system, air brakes, drum brakes, disc brakes and replacement, tires, hubs and seals, bearing, electrical (truck and trailer), fuel system, clutch and transmission repair, be able to problem solve and troubleshoot repairs, use of a computer and diagnostic equipment
