Bilingual Customer Support Details: * Temp-to-Hire position * $14.00 to $15.00 /hour * Full Time work available * First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) * Inbound call assistance. * Phone based support for patients regarding insurance coverage, medical billing, claims and payment inquiries. * Assist callers with understanding charges, verifying insurance details, setting up payment arrangements and resolving billing discrepancies. * First shift position 8am-5pm * Pay increase after training Bilingual Customer Support Qualifications: * Must be Bilingual * Must have excellent computer skills * Must have excellent office etiquette * Must have proven track record of stable job history and good attendance * HIPPA compliance * Applicant may be subject to a background check * Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
