Nursing Leadership Opportunity About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents.Key Responsibilities: Schedule and perform resident rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. Evaluate proper charting and documentation of care and medications/treatments. Recommend staffing levels based on facility needs. Maintain current knowledge of applicable regulations, reimbursement systems/methodology. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have:greater than 5 years' experience/preference is over 7 years' RN management/supervisor experience in long-term healthcare settings or similar field.general education degree; Associate's/Bachelor's Degree preferred current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure/certification issued by state board CPR certification/ETC’s.AAS/RN with specialization such as but not limited (Licensed Vocational Practical/Nurse Certification )-is desired but NOT REQUIRED
