Join our team as a Philanthropy Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the Philanthropy Department. You will manage donor records, coordinate gift giving, and assist with events, all while fostering strong relationships between residents and staff.

How you will make an impact
Managing and processing all gifts, including receiving, depositing, tracking, and acknowledgment letters
Executing fundraising initiatives to include generating request letters, the input of data, acknowledgment of donations, and organization of events
Tracking and coordination of donor engagement activities and event participation
Maintain an accurate database that assists with donor research, calls, and meetings.
Providing support for meetings; coordinating venue, room setup, refreshments, and materials
Preparing statistical and special reports as requested
What you will need
Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated success in fundraising and special events planning
Experience working with the senior population is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations
