Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dependable Field Technician to support day-to-day job site operations. This role is hands-on and includes general labor, cleaning, and punch list work. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up and grow into a leadership role over time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform general labor tasks (material handling, demo, job site support)
• Complete punch list items and assist with project closeouts
• Maintain job site cleanliness and organization daily (this is a core part of the role)
• Ensure materials are on-site, staged, and ready for crews
• Pick up and deliver materials as needed
• Support subcontractors and skilled trades to keep projects moving
• Help maintain tools, equipment, and overall job site readiness

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable truck (for transporting tools and materials)
• Must own basic construction tools
• Prior construction experience
• Physically able to lift materials and work in various conditions
