Following the success of neighborhood favorites GERTIE and Gertrude’s, we are looking for passionate, energetic individuals to help us build this new chapter from the ground up. As a Maitre d' at Trudie's Tavern, you are the conductor of our dining room and the primary face of our hospitality for every guest who walks through our doors. You serve as a daily ambassador of our culture, working closely with the management team to ensure a seamless dining experience that meets our high standards for service, pace, and guest satisfaction. We are looking for focused, energetic team members who thrive in a high-pressure environment and are committed to continuous self-development. In this role, you will uphold our core values through collaborative teamwork and a dedication to earning the trust of both your colleagues and our community.
Schedule:
We offer both full-time and part-time hourly roles. Candidates can expect a schedule of 3–5 days per week, with standard shifts lasting approximately 8 hours. Please note that availability for nights, weekends, and select holidays is required. To ensure team consistency and operational success, we require a minimum commitment of three shifts per week.
