Job Description
MOD Dentist in Brookshire, TX is seeking a part-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with 3+ years of clinical experience (preferred) to join our modern, boutique-style practice. We are a patient-centered, technology-driven office built on efficiency, excellence, and elevated patient experiences. This role is ideal for an experienced assistant who takes ownership of their work, values precision, and is looking for a long-term professional home; not just another position.
Bilingual Spanish proficiency is preferred, along with experience using Open Dental and working within digital workflows, including intraoral scanning. Responsibilities include chairside assisting for general and advanced restorative procedures, taking digital radiographs, fabricating and adjusting temporary crowns, taking impressions, assisting with crown deliveries, maintaining strict sterilization protocols, and ensuring smooth operatory flow.
We are looking for a proactive, polished, and dependable team member who thrives in a high-standard clinical environment and is motivated to grow alongside an expanding practice. Competitive pay based on experience, with opportunity for increased hours as the practice continues to grow.
