Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Administrative support to the Office Staff
• Speaking & emailing with customers
• Confirmation of phone calls & emails with customers
• Record completed invoices
• Maintaining an accurate database, along with the entry of SOs
• Filing and other duties as assigned
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus but not necessary
• Attention to detail is a must for the position

Skills:

• 1 Year Minimum Customer Service
• Phone and computer skills required
• Strong attention-to-detail
• Knowledge of Texas geographically is a plus
• Knowledge in Sage50 is a huge plus but will train the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and who enjoys providing administrative support in a professional office environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
