Job Title: Call Center RepresentativeWork Location: Columbus, OH 43219Work Schedule: Mon to FriWork Hours: 9: 00 AM to 5:00 PM

Education:

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a contact center environment is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• College Degree: Preference for candidates with a college degree or equivalent experience.
• Contact Center Experience: Preference for candidates with previous experience in a contact center environment, handling client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Inquiries: Handle incoming phone calls related to various service inquiries for Client accounts.
• Product & Service Support: Provide functional support for Client Cash Management products, Client Online, and mobile app.
• General Account Support: Address general account or financial-related inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Performance Metrics: Consistently meet key department performance metrics while ensuring a high level of service quality.
• Team Contribution: Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
