QUALIFICATIONS Education/Experience:

• Any combinations of education, training or general experience in reception services, marketing, office management in real estate, hospitality, co-working, leasing (commercial or residential), property management that would provide the background and experience to perform efficiently all expectations of the job. Must be bilingual; Spanish

PHYSICAL DEMANDS· Must have the ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.

· Must have the ability to operate a computer and monitor for long periods of time.

· Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift over 50-60 lbs.

DAILY SCHEDULE8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Monday -Friday

Occasional evening and weekends required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
