Youll align with clients sophisticated financial needs, investment objectives, and the organizations strategy—while actively growing your client base through networking, community involvement, and exceptional relationship management. How Youll Succeed- Manage client relationships: Oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth clients to ensure strong retention and continued business growth, while aligning with investment objectives and firm policies.
- Expand your portfolio: Acquire new clients with complex financial needs through strategic business development activities and close collaboration with Business Development Officers.
- Drive profitability: Achieve revenue goals, manage expenses, and monitor overall profit performance—taking timely action when needed.
- Deliver exceptional service: Foster a high-touch service culture by leveraging your expertise in investment and wealth advisory services to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Engage in client events: Participate in client events to deepen relationships and support new business development efforts.
- Collaborate effectively: Partner across internal teams to provide a seamless, professional, and timely client experience.
- Ensure compliance: Implement and maintain strong operational and compliance risk controls across all activities.
- Educational background: You hold a bachelors degree (required), and advanced certifications such as MBA, CFA, CPA, or CFP are preferred.
- Wealth management expertise: You bring 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, wealth management, personal tax, or financial planning.
- Investment knowledge: You have a strong understanding of investment products and strategies designed for sophisticated, high-net-worth clients.
- Financially savvy: Youre skilled in financial analysis and can offer expert advice on complex, high-value relationships.
