MD - Products & Partnerships - 0033027 United States Worker Location: Remote Description
The purpose of the MD-Products & Partnerships role is to identify potential partners and understand emerging market trends to determine potential applications for NA TAPFINs core business. This role will translate trends and potential application into value-creating opportunities for TAPFIN and TAPFIN clients.
Making an Impact- Identify potential TAPFIN partnership opportunities through networking and extensive market research
- Execute and implement on partnership strategy around VMS tools, other technology, and complimentary service provider offerings
- Work with Business Operations to design and develop appropriate financial and ROI models to leverage when evaluating potential strategic partnerships.
- Vet the partner opportunities identified against appropriate criteria
- Narrow candidate pool and recommend top potential partnerships to TAPFIN decision makers, sharing a business case for each including strengths, opportunities, revenue, and costs each potential partnership would provide.
- Execute partnership agreement thru contract to close
- Owner of assigned partnerships. For partnerships owned by others, this role will partner with owners to ensure those partnerships are also consistent with guidelines and strategy.
- Leveraging market expertise, identify opportunities for partnerships on technology, supplier, other MSP partnerships that meet our current and future needs, and begin to develop relationships and knowledgebase of these organizations
- Obtain data from Market Intelligence and identify trends
- Research and learn about other opportunities for TAPFIN to partner in the market, bringing in clients and internal teams as applicable
- Identify partnership potential in the market
- Interact with potential partners to investigate potential opportunities to develop and/or expand TAPFIN partnerships
- Provide subject matter expertise on new business models in the MSP space
- Collaborate with a variety of teams such as engagement, implementation, enablement, consulting, legal, Data & Analytics, contracts and business operations experts
- Remote work but will travel to potential/current partners (20 - 30% travel)
- Bachelors degree
- 7+ years of consulting, advisory, product development and/or solution design experience in workforce solutions space
- Strong VMS technology and financial expertise
- Global client experience
- Product/solution experience in the MSP space
- Experience working in a global or matrix environment
- Experience with building relationships at executive level (company founders, C suite, investors)
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions
- Experience evaluating company business models
