*Position Overview:*
We are seeking an *experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal* to join our firm. This is a *very fast-paced* position handling *100 - 200 active personal injury cases* at a time. You must excel at managing high-volume files, moving cases aggressively toward resolution, and thriving under pressure.
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage *100200 active personal injury cases* from intake through settlement.
* Maintain proactive and frequent communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
* Order, track, and summarize medical records and bills.
* Ensure strict compliance with deadlines, statutes, and firm protocols.
* Draft and prepare *comprehensive settlement demand packages* with detailed medical chronologies.
* Assist attorneys with case evaluation, negotiation strategy, and claim preparation.
* Coordinate reductions with medical providers after settlement.
*Qualifications:*
* *Minimum 2 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience*.
* Proven success in a *very fast-paced, high-volume* personal injury environment.
* Strong understanding of medical terminology, bodily injury claims, and insurance processes.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle urgent deadlines and competing priorities.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with *Aderant (ATO)* and/or *Filevine* case management software is preferred but not mandatory.
* Spanish speaking is a plus.
* Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to client success.
