Main Requirements:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade hardware, software, and networks to ensure efficient operations across all offices 
  • Provide technical support and resolve IT issues for staff members, including troubleshooting desktop computers, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals 
  • Implement data security measures to safeguard sensitive client and firm information, including managing firewalls, antivirus software, and network security protocols 
  • Manage and maintain cloud-based systems and data storage solutions, ensuring secure and seamless access to important files and applications for remote and in-office employees 
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up user accounts, email, and workstations 
  • Work closely with our team to streamline technology processes that enhance our client service delivery, including integrating client management and financial planning software 
  • Assist in the integration of new software systems and tools as the firm continues to grow, ensuring they align with the company’s needs and goals 
  • Build out automations and workflows using software systems such as Zapier or Make 
  • Own management of CRM and other web presences. 
  • Manage the company's Office 365 Suite of programs (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
