Job Description

Produce Packing & Quality Associate

Location: Warehouse Production FacilityJob Type: Hourly / Flexible Availability RequiredPay: $12–$13 per hour (based on performance, availability, and productivity)

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced production and line workers to join our produce operations team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse production, food processing, assembly line work, or produce handling.

This is NOT an entry-level position. Candidates must be comfortable working on their feet in a production environment, maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality standards throughout their shift.

The ideal candidate understands production flow, works efficiently on a line, and can maintain consistent output while meeting quality standards.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 

Applicants must have prior experience in one or more of the following:

• Production line work
• Manufacturing or assembly line operations
• Food production or food processing facilities
• Warehouse production environments
• Produce packing, sorting, or repacking operations
• Agricultural packing shed or distribution experience

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, and recondition produce with quality or condition issues
• Work efficiently on a production or packing line to meet output targets
• Repack and prepare bulk produce for retail or commodity shipment
• Maintain consistent productivity standards throughout the shift
• Follow food safety, quality control, and sanitation procedures
• Lift, stack, and palletize product according to workflow requirements
• Maintain organized and clean workstations
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals

Work Environment

• Active warehouse production facility
• Fast-paced production line setting
• Standing for extended periods (8+ hours when full-time)
• Frequent lifting, bending, stacking, and repetitive motion
• Cooler and ambient temperature environments
• Production quotas and performance expectations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in line work, manufacturing, or production REQUIRED
• Ability to maintain speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting and standing
• Ability to follow structured processes and food safety guidelines
• Dependable transportation and consistent attendance

Compensation

$12–$13 per hour based on:

• Production speed and output
• Work quality and accuracy
• Attendance and availability
• Ability to work consistently and independently
